It is important to speak positively about yourself. In this video I explore how writing and saying positive affirmations about oneself are acts of self-love. I also give examples of some “I am Statements” that I use in my personal life and make suggestions as to how you can use them in your own life.
Additionally, I begin the discussion of how forgiving yourself is also a step that a person should take when loving themselves.
